Antecedentes da relação entre práticas de gestão de riscos e o desempenho organizacional

Resumo

O estudo objetivou analisar o efeito do suporte organizacional e e da gestão de conhecimento na relação das práticas de gestão de riscos no desempenho organizacional. Foi aplicado uma pesquisa survey com gestores das cervejarias artesanais brasileiras que resultou em 101 respondentes. Os dados foram analisados utilizando modelagem de equações estruturais por mínimos quadrados parciais e análise comparativa qualitativa de conjunto fuzzy (FsQCA). Os achados demonstram relação entre as práticas de gestão de riscos e desempenho organizacional. Os resultados também apontam que o controle de risco nas tomadas de decisão estratégica é influenciado pelas práticas de gestão de conhecimento e suporte organizacional. As práticas de gestão de risco demonstram-se relaciodas positivamente com o desempenho organizacional. Conclui-se que o conhecimento e o suporte adequado favorecem no gerenciamento de riscos e readequação de processos internos resultam no alto desempenho das organizações. A análise FsQCA demonstra que as organizações que apresentam alto desempenho devem conciliar o conhecimento, e o suporte organizacional favorecendo às práticas de gestão de riscos. E as organizações que possuem gestão de riscos e o suporte organizacional por maior tempo no mercado das cervejarias, possibilita o desenvolvimento da gestão de riscos e o alto desempenho. O estudo tem implicações que o conhecimento e o suporte organizacional favorecem a maturidade da gestão de riscos, o que contribuim para o desempenho das organizações cervejeiras.
