WORK ANALOGOUS TO SLAVERY AND LABOR LEGISLATION: THE PHENOMENON OF REINSERTION AS A GUARANTEE OF HUMAN DIGNITY.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze labor analogous to slavery in Brazil, emphasizing reinsertion as a third essential pillar for the rehabilitation of rescued workers. The research explores the historical context of slavery in Brazil, the evolution of Labor Law, and the actions of agencies and entities in combating this violation of fundamental principles, such as the Dignity of the Human Person and the Appreciation of Human Work. The methodology used is basic in nature, with a qualitative approach and exploratory character, based on a bibliographic review. The objective is to obtain a comprehensive view of reinsertion, its challenges, and the qualification of actions for its implementation, demystifying the obstacles to its completion.
