The year 2016 was marked by two important electoral victories articulated by the far right: the victory of "Vote Leave" in the British referendum named Brexit and the election of Trump to the US presidency. A milestone represented algorithms use as behavioral catalysts. We enter the year 2026, twelve months after Trump's inauguration for his second term, with threats renewed by a dystopian and blatantly imperialist script, imposed by an acid, violent, and strategically ambiguous narrative. This article intends to offer an analysis of this last decade, governed by a new aesthetic regime, based on the understanding of the role of affects in algorithmically configured digital experiences, responsible for updating the political marketing strategies used by the far right. An analysis anchored in Silvan Tomkins' Theory of Affects.
