Abstract

In this paper, we analyze the post-integralist trajectory of Miguel Reale, especially with his main philosophical work: "Philosophy of Law" (1953). In this book, Reale brings to light more fully the autocratic theory that begins to develop from the fall of Integralism in 1938. To the ostensivity of Integralist fascism, the São Paulo jurist will seek the alternative of formulating an autocratic plastic ideology, capable of uniting fascists, liberals and populists, of combating socialism and mass democracy, in addition to develop theoretically and ideologically the program of increasing authoritarianism of bourgeois autocracy.
