Abstract

This study investigates the legal arguments from the Regional Labor Court of the 8thRegion, state of Pará, using for this purpose the research program hermeneutic of RonaldDworkin, based on the theory of integrity that shows the presence of a community judicialprinciples and four behavioral traits linked in argument hermeneutics of judges.
