Abstract

This article aims to increase the debate about the presence of adolescence in social policies aimed at the LGBTI+ population, as well as the setbacks faced by anti-gender offensives, with critical social theory. The social and academic relevance of this subject is understood, since it is an emerging issue in our time in the face of a social and political context of resurgence of "sexual moralism". Through the material presented during this text, it is clear that the agenda and the fight for the rights of dissident teenagers is still very incipient, both as a demand from the social movements of the LGBTI+ population, as well as from movements in defense of children and youth, and also as a demand for Social Services.
