Resumo
À luz dos planos de renovação urbana da região da Luz, centro de São Paulo, este artigo analisa a construção arbitrária do preço do imobiliário em consonância com a teoria da renda, a partir de contratos de Parceria Público Privada que regulam relações de poder e de equivalência financeira, intensificando a disputa pelo espaço na contradição entre posse e propriedade, a “Condominialização da Cidade” que se opõe à perspectiva da constituição do comum.

Abstract
Based on the urban renewal plans in the region of Luz, in the center of São Paulo, this article analyzes the arbitrary construction of real estate prices in line with the theory of income, through Public Private Partnership contracts that regulate power and financial equivalence, intensifying the dispute for space in the contradiction between possession and property, the “Condominialization of the City” that opposes the perspective of the constitution of the common.
