Resumo
Esse artigo propõe uma leitura conjunta de dois importantes textos de Walter Benjamin: Sobre o Conceito de História e Crítica da Violência. A partir dos conceitos trabalhados pelo autor, pretende-se, com essa análise, demonstrar que, para se romper com a violência que inaugura e mantém o Direito, ou com o estado de exceção que se tornou regra, é preciso pensar uma concepção de História não-linear.

Abstract
This article aims to conjugate two important texts of Walter Benjamin: On the Concept of History and The Critique of Violence. The reason for this reading is to show, based on the author's concepts, that in order to break the violence that, as he understands, inaugurates and maintains the Law, it is necessary to think about a non-linear History´s conception.
