Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo será apresentar o arcabouço teórico de uma perspectiva de justiça mais inclusiva e mais compatível com os ideais de uma concepção moral universalista, a saber, a Perspectiva dos Funcionamentos (PdF): uma perspectiva de justiça comprometida com o florescimento dos funcionamentos básicos de cada indivíduo, entendidos como sistemas funcionais complexos e diversos,

Abstract

The aims of this article is to present the theoretical frameworks of a more inclusive perspective of justice and more compatible with the ideals of a universalist moral conception, i.e. the Functionings Approach  (PdF): a perspective of justice committed to the flourishment of the basic functionings of each individual, understood as complex and diverse functional systems.

Maria Clara Dias

Maria Clara Dias é possui doutorado em Filosofia pela Freie Universitat Berlin (1993) e pós-doutorado na Universidade de Connecticut (2003), Universidade de Oxford (2006/2007) e Tulane (2016). É Professora Titular do Departamento de Filosofia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - onde integra o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia e o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Bioética, Ética Aplicada e Saúde Coletiva; pesquisadora do CNPq e Cientista do Nosso Estado (FAPERJ). É a idealizadora da Perspectiva dos Funcionamentos e autora de vários livros, entre eles, Sobre Nós: expandindo as fronteiras da moralidade.
