Resumo
O presente texto tem como objetivo apresentar alguns aspectos centrais do legado marxiano e marxista para uma análise crítico-dialética sobre as desigualdades regionais que constituem e dimensionam historicamente a questão social em questão regional. Trata-se de uma dinâmica partícipe do desenvolvimento desigual e combinado e do padrão de reprodução do capital, que possui, dentre outros pilares, a modernização conservadora, reconduzindo a relação entre “arcaico” e “moderno”, ontem e hoje.

Abstract
The present text has the target to present some central aspects of the Marxian and Marxist legacy for a critical and dialectical analysis on the regional inequalities that historically constitute and dimension the social issue at regional issue. Then, there is a component part of the unequal and combined development of capitalism and the standard of reproduction of capital, that has, among other pillars, the conservative modernization, bringing back the relation between backwardness and modern, in the past and in the present.
