Resumo

Esta análise ressalta as atividades agrárias realizadas pelas camponesas para, a partir disso, pensar o direito agrário criticamente. Mulheres do campo têm experiências peculiares, cultural e historicamente influenciadas, que se refletem nos trabalhos domésticos e agrários realizados, muitas vezes sob condições opressivas. Trata-se de estudo descritivo e analítico, que aproxima certos dados estatísticos de uma perspectiva de debate sobre direito.

Abstract

This analysis highlights the agrarian activities carried out by the peasant women in order to analyze the agrarian law critically. Women of the countryside have peculiar experiences, culturally and historically influenced, which are reflected in domestic and agrarian work carried out, often under oppressive conditions. It is a descriptive and analytical study, which brings certain statistical data closer to a debate on law.
