Resumo
O presente artigo trata da problematização de características da educação jurídica em seu paradigma legal formalista dominante, acompanhado de pesquisa empírica qualitativa desenvolvida sobre o estágio curricular de prática jurídica da Universidade Federal de Sergipe. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho crítico sobre educação (a partir de Paulo Freire) e direito, relacionando as análises com a categoria marxiana da alienação.

Abstract
This article deals with problematization of legal education features in its dominant legal formalist paradigm, accompanied by qualitative empirical research on curricular internship of legal practice at Universidade Federal de Sergipe. Bibliographic research of critical nature on education was carried out (using Paulo Freire as starting point), relating these analysis with the Marxist category of alienation.
