Resumo

O estudo tem por objeto o sistema jurídico de Canaris, com vistas a estabelecer sua contribuição para a aplicação do direito. Desenvolveu-se com a explicitação do conceito de sistema jurídico, da atualidade e relevância do sistema de Canaris, da corrente que lhe serviu de fundamento e do seu sistema jurídico. A análise é bibliográfica, histórica e compreensiva, com esteio na obra principal de Canaris e em textos que discutem os sistemas jurídicos e a Jurisprudência dos Valores.

Abstract

The study 's purpose is the legal system Canaris, with views to establish its contribution to the implementation of the law. Developed with the explanation of the concept of legal system, the currentness and relevance of the system of Canaris, the chain that served as the foundation and of its legal system. The analysis is comprehensive, historical and bibliographical, supported in the main work of Canaris and texts that discuss the legal systems and the Jurisprudence of Values.
