Resumo
Procuro mostrar que o contratualismo moral, tal como ele foi contemporaneamente defendido, por exemplo, por David Gauthier, pode ser estendido a uma compreensão da idéia de justiça internacional. Mais especificamente, o artigo apresenta uma reconstrução filosófica do conceito de direito humanos a partir de uma perspectiva contratualista.

Abstract
I intend to show that moral contractarianism, as defended by David Gauthier for example, may comprehend an interpretation on the idea of international justice. Specifically, the article shows a philosophical digression on the concept of human rights in the contractarian perspective.
