In this article, we analyze the distances and normative proximity between the National Constitution argentine of 1949 and the Constitution of the province Eva Perón of 1952 (former national territory of La Pampa). In particular, we argue that the study of legal changes from a subnational perspective makes visible the various reception forms of the proposals for the normativization of the political identity of the Peronism.
