Resumo

Este artigo discute o estatuto jurídico que se atribuirá ao cyber-corpo. A emergência do Pós-Humano terá enorme impacto social, e, por isso, se trata de pensar como o Direito reagirá a estas transformações, e como se poderá promover a proteção da dignidade da pessoa humana, diante da emergência do Sujeito Pós-Humano de Direito, algo que afeta inclusive um dos capítulos mais estruturantes da Teoria do Direito.

Abstract

This article discusses the legal status to be attributed to the cyber-body. The emergence of the Post-Human will have enormous social impact, and so it is a matter of thinking how the Law will react to these transformations, and how it can promote the protection of the dignity of the human person, in the face of the emergence of the Post-Human Subject of Law, something that affects even one of the most structuring chapters of the Theory of Law.
