Resumen

En México, algunos movimientos sociales han incorporado la movilización legal como parte de sus repertorios de contención con el objeto de que sus demandas sean atendidas. El artículo analiza las oportunidades y límites que brindan las Estructuras de Oportunidad Política y Legal del Frente de Pueblos en Defensa de la Tierra que se opuso al megaproyecto del Nuevo Aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México (2001-2002).

Abstract

In México some social movements have incorporated the legal mobilization as part of their repertory for contention, this, with the intention that their lawsuit be attended. This article analyzes the opportunities and limits provide by the structure of the legal and political chances from the front of people defense of the land provide with their objections to the new airport of Mexico City megaproject (2001-2002).
