Resumo
Este artigo pretende refletir sobre a trajetória dos movimentos feministas no Brasil na aprovação da Lei Maria Penha. Foram analisados os documentos que compõem o processo legislativo de aprovação da lei, assim como textos de autoria das advogadas e organizações feministas envolvidas na sua elaboração. Defendo que as resistências do Poder Judiciário à lei são reações às perspectivas feministas impostas a uma ordem jurídica androcêntrica.

Abstract
This paper pretends to reflecte on the trajectory of the feminists movements in Brazil in the approval of the Maria Penha Law. Were analyzed documents of the legislative process that resulted in the law, as well as papers from authorship of the women lawyers and the feminists organizations involved in their elaboration. The resistance of Judiciary to the law it´s a reaction to the feminist perspectives imposed to an androcentric legal order.
