The sexual and reproductive rights of adolescents have been subject to dispute and contestation in the Brazilian context, especially due to the rise of conservative political movements. Considering the above, the present study of integrative review aims to analyze how the Sexual and Reproductive Health of adolescents in Brazil has been addressed in scientific papers. Data collection consisted of a search for publications that have been issued between 2010 and 2021 in the following databases: Portal CAPES, Virtual Health Library, and Scientific Electronic Library Online. Spaces for discussion on Sexual Rights and Reproductive Rights of adolescents are restricted to the perspective of pregnancy and disease prevention. It was found that adolescent sexualities remain stigmatized and gender inequalities are noteworthy. There is a need to embody the notion of sexual rights and reproductive rights into the actions done on Primary Health Care and at the schools, as well as ongoing education for teachers and health professionals and the promotion of family participation in the educational activities carried out with adolescents.
