The presence of cognitive technologies in contemporary creative processes challenges traditional notions of authorship, originality, and symbolic expression. As extensions of the human mind, artificial intelligence (AI) systems actively participate in cultural production—not merely as tools but as co-authors operating between statistical computation and aesthetic sensibility. This article examines the impacts of this human-machine co-creation, especially in the fields of communication, design, advertising, and the arts, while addressing the ethical, social, and political boundaries of such collaboration. Drawing from the concept of augmented creativity, it proposes a critical and plural approach to cognitive technologies, aiming to integrate technical innovation with symbolic justice. The article concludes that the future of creation depends less on system sophistication and more on the ethical decisions that guide their implementation and accessibility.
