This work refers to an analysis of the life of objects and their way of circulating in spaces, taking as a starting point the photographic record of Taiçapa, an Amazonian indigenous leader, taken in the village of his people: the Pirahãs. The image is analyzed based on two elements of Taiçapa's clothing: the Tommy Hilfiger polo shirt and the Pirahã necklace. For the analysis, we bring the studies of Milton Santos and Walter Benjamin, respectively, on the system of objects and aura; and by Kopytoff and Appadurai, on Anthropology of things. The objective is to propose a reflection on the existence of two comparable universes through which the merchandise passes: the singular and the common. And describe how material connections mediate contacts between different cultures. Finally, in the final considerations, it is established that the dialogue between cultures is perceptible through the performance of these objects in contact relationships, as actors who talk about their geographic and sociocultural origin, but who are also capable of transcending this origin, when their Value is mediated by the totality of beliefs that bring subjectivities to the process that engenders and creates values.
