O presente trabalho enfoca um notável desafio para o ordenamento jurídico de determinados países produtores de petróleo e para a indústria internacional petrolífera. O estudo do desenvolvimento compartilhado de reservatórios petrolíferos exige uma análise que envolve o Direito Internacional e o Direito Conflitual. O presente trabalho trata ainda sobre a exploração destas áreas de desenvolvimento compartilhado, uma vez que elas exigem uma cooperação voluntária ou compulsória entre países, aproveitando-se das ferramentas de Direito internacional a fim de melhorar a utilização dos reservatórios de gás ou petróleo naquelas regiões.Downloads
