Resumo:
A História e seus recursos epistemológicos têm adquirido destaque no estudo do direito brasileiro. Isto porque, aliada à incorporação da disciplina História do Direito nas grades curriculares de cursos universitários nacionais, a partir dos anos 1990, a introdução de novos autores e teorias sociais repercutem de modo decisivo na compreensão do direito enquanto objeto sócio, política e historicamente estabelecido. Ademais, exames de ordem qualitativa decorrentes da aplicação de terminologias assimiladas do campo da História contribuem à ampliação de um debate caro à evolução do Direito: a recorrência da pluridisciplinaridade no âmbito das produções acadêmicas contemporâneas. Este trabalho busca apresentar um esboço inicial à discussão a partir do conceito de representação, característico do denominado período pós-moderno e capaz de lançar ao pesquisador a ideia de subjetividade no âmbito das ciências sociais da qual o Direito faz parte.

Abstract:
History and its epistemological resources have gained prominence in the study of brasilian law. That because, together with the incorporation of discipline history of law in the curricula of university national courses from the 1990s, the introduction of new authors and social theories repercussions decisively in understanding the law as a social object, politically and historically established. Moreover, qualitative tests resulting from the application of terminology borrowed from the field of history contribute to the expansion of an expensive debate the evolution of the law: the recurrence of multidisciplinary within the contemporary academic productions. This study aims to present an initial draft for discussion from the concept of representation, characteristic of so-called postmodern period and able to launch the researcher subjectivity of idea in the social sciences which the law is part.
