El envejecimiento activo como paradigma y sus efectos en la decision de jubilarse. El caso español.

Resumen
Durante las dos últimas décadas, en España se está desincentivando la jubilación anticipada y fomentando el retraso del cese de la actividad. Pese a ello, la mayor parte de la población sigue jubilándose en cuanto la Ley se lo permite. Sin embargo, en 2022 ha entrado en vigor una nueva reforma legal, que realmente va a provocar un cambio de tendencia, ya que junto con un endurecimiento de las jubilaciones anticipadas, se premia de modo intenso el demorar la jubilación. De este modo, la decisión de jubilarse se ve influida por el nuevo paradigma del envejecimiento activo, pero en el sentido puramente laboral. Todas estas cuestiones son objeto de análisis en este artículo.

Abstract
During the last two decades, in Spain early retirement is being discouraged and the delay in cessation of activity is being encouraged. Despite this, most of the population continues to retire as soon as the law allows it. However, in 2022 a new legal reform has entered into force, which is really going to cause a change in trend, since together with a tightening of early retirement, delaying retirement is intensely rewarded. In this way, the decision to retire is influenced by the new paradigm of active ageing, but in the purely labor sense. All these issues are analyzed in this article.
