Os refugiados do Estado Islâmico e a (des)construção da concepção de nacionalidade para concretização da justiça e da dignidade da pessoa humana

O presente trabalho parte do atual contexto em que o Estado Islâmico avança sua dominação sobre o Oriente Médio e norte da África, forçando seus cidadãos a se refugiarem em vários países, sobretudo na Europa, para escaparem dos brutais conflitos. Destarte, a partir da nova onda migratória e do crescente número de pedidos de refúgio, nem sempre bem recepcionados pela população e respectivos governos, procura-se entender quais as consequências que podem advir dessa situação e a forma como elas são capazes de interferir e de desconstruir e reconstruir as concepções de nacionalidade e justiça, em especial na Europa, em contrapartida com o contexto observado na época antes e após Primeira Guerra Mundial. Ainda nesse viés, aponta-se a responsabilidade moral e humanitária em se tentar recepcionar os refugiados da melhor maneira possível, em nome do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, conquista histórica global que não deve ser esquecida.Downloads
