Abstract

The current work discusses the significance of maintaining the analyst’s discourse in legal institutions that care for adolescents in conflict with the law, the majority of whom come from a social system marked by social exclusion and racism, a condition that places them in a passive position in the face of the institutional master’s discourse in the normalization and orientation work. Accordingly, the proposal is supported by the fact that only by listening to adolescents can it be possible to summon a subject involved in their act and responsible for changes in the course of the choices they make. Therefore, the hypothesis attributed is that it is only possible to listen to the subject in the legal institution if the psychoanalyst is present in it and if he operates the turn in institutional discourses, provided that the analyst also writes evaluation documentation that supports decisions about the measures applied. An analysis of a case will be presented, in which the reports demonstrate how the strength of the institutional master’s discourse actions in disciplining the adolescent through his condition of passivity, listening only to the institutional actors who issue the documented responses.
