A major environmental problem faced with respect to water scarcity. In some regions of the world many people suffer from a lack or limitation of this precious resource as the maintenance of life. In the search for strategies that can mitigate the consequences of mismanagement of water resources arises, in our times, the concept of Water Footprint, which seeks to quantify the amount of water that is consumed directly and indirectly during the life of a person, demonstrating the close relationship between water consumption and their domestic habits, hygiene, and consumerist. Through a questionnaire available on the Water footprint was realisada research with people of different habits by observing the difference in their water footprints. The results showed that the size of the footprint water varies with the choice of diet, habits and how consumptive each person uses water in daily activities.
