Abstract

 This article intends to question the current educational process, using as an intercessor for the discussion the Popular Education - which fosters the emergence of the subjects who compose the educational movement. We believe that introducing the individuality and a dialogic relations the Popular Education can benefit collective assemblages of enunciation, where it is not reduced only to an individual person, internalized, self-centered, but an individual who is living a world where nothing is reduced to "one", where the multiplicity is composed by not fixed and inharmonious forces. Privileging the movement in education as potentiating the discussion of possible new directions for national public policies.
