LA METODOLOGÍA COMPARATIVA PARA EL ANÁLISIS INTERNACIONAL

Resumo

RESUMO

O objetivo do artigo é o de mostrar que as Relações Internacionais podem se beneficiar sobremaneira de uma gama mais diversificada de metodologias, focando aqui nas que versam sobre análises comparativas. Embora as discussões sobre metodologia em Relações Internacionais tenham se aberto a uma diversidade de abordagens nos últimos anos, os pesquisadores têm sido menos propensos a formular orientações metodológicas explícitas, especialmente na forma de orientação prática para projetos de pesquisa comparativa. O artigo, portanto, tem o objetivo de mostrar possibilidades metodológicas inovadoras para as RI, delineando sua análise em um escopo que enquadra História, comparação e o estudo no campo internacional. O artigo conclui destacando a importância da inovação metodológica em RI, especialmente quando se trata de abordagens inspiradas na reflexividade, na comparação e na História.

RESUMEN

El objetivo del artículo es mostrar que las Relaciones Internacionales pueden beneficiarse de uma gama más diversa de metodologías, centrándose aquí en aquellas que abordan análisis comparativos. Aunque la investigación sobre metodología en relaciones internacionales ha estado abierta a una diversidad de enfoques en los últimos años, los investigadores han sido menos propensos a formular directrices metodológicas explícitas, especialmente en forma de orientación práctica para proyectos de investigación comparativa. El artículo, por tanto, pretende mostrar posibilidades metodológicas innovadoras para las RI, delineando su análisis en un ámbito que enmarca la historia, la comparación y el estudio en el ámbito internacional. El artículo concluye destacando la importancia de la innovación metodológica en las Relaciones Internacionales, especialmente cuando se trata de enfoques inspirados en la reflexividad, la comparación y la historia..
