InterviewAbstract
In this brief interview with Inocência Mata, professor and researcher in the field of African Portuguese-speaking literature at the University of Lisbon, we proposed to the professor a list of eight questions that we consider essential to think about the challenges that are imposed on the scholars of these different literatures in present. Given the consolidated place that these literatures occupy in higher education institutions not only in Portuguese-speaking countries, but also in several higher education institutions in the world, we believe that this interview is of great value to all scholars who teach and research Portuguese-speaking African literature, as well as its relations with cultural studies and post-coloniality.
