Abstract

This paper intends to analyze the production of self on contemporary societies as a contemporary form of nihilism, by recurring at Nietzsche’s critique of the subject. Although it results from to the fluidity of the subjectivity, this phenomenon reflects a quest for identity, indicating therefore the permanence of the belief on the subject.
