La proyección de los derechos humanos en el ámbito educativo debe suponer un reto de las políticas públicas educativas de todos los Estados. El reconocimiento de la existencia de unos valores morales y éticos en la práctica educativa constituye una cuestión de primer orden en el ámbito docente.
Una educación basada en el ideario que recogen los derechos humanos implica explicitar qué sistema valorativo marco se ha de asumir en un entorno de enseñanza, de adquisición de conocimientos intelectuales y espirituales, que hagan del educando un ser lo más libre posible y con el nivel de autonomía suficiente y necesaria en su toma de decisiones.
La respuesta inmediata del reconocimiento del derecho a la educación como un auténtico derecho humano adquiere todo su sentido, ante la lógica que implica la educación en valores como herramienta que posibilitará el libre desarrollo de la personalidad. Por tanto, unas pautas educativas que hagan del educando un constructor de su propio futuro es el mínimo exigible a los Estados que deberán ahondar todos sus esfuerzos en procurar programas educativos basados en valores de respeto, tolerancia y solidaridad entre otros.

Abstract
The projection of human rights in the field of education must assume a challenge of the educational policies of all states. The recognition of the existence of moral and ethical values in educational practice is a matter of the first order in the teaching field.An education based on the ideology that human rights means to explain what system evaluative framework has to take in a teaching environment, acquisition of intellectual and spiritual knowledge that learners be free and with the level of sufficient and necessary autonomy in their decision-making.The immediate response of the recognition of the right to education as a human right authentic acquires all its sense, before the logic in which implies education in values as a tool that will enable the free development of the personality. Therefore, educational guidelines that make the student a constructor of their own future is the required minimum states that should deepen its efforts in educational programs based on values of respect, tolerance and solidarity among others.
