Resumen
Este trabajo aborda dos cuestiones clave: "¿Qué es la humildad?" y "¿por qué es importante que los jueces sean humildes?". El análisis de estas cuestiones guerra hecha con el apoyo de las discusiones filosóficas sobre la epistemolgia de las virtudes. La perspectiva se convierte en el agente epistémico. Por lo tanto, deja de lado el enfoque de tratar de averiguar la acción correcta, y taz el centro de la discusión el proprio agente moral, con el fin de identificar el tipo de persona que debería ser con el fin de convertirse en agentes morales. En este artículo se intenta relacionar la humildad como la calidad de persona del agente moral.

Abstract
In this work two central questions are addressed: "What is humility?" And "why it is important that judges be humble?". The analysis of these issues is supported by philosophical discussions on the epistemology of the virtues. The prospect becomes the epistemic agent. So, let aside the focus of trying to figure out the correct action, and brings to the center of debate the very moral agent, in order to identify the type of person who should be in order to become moral agents. This article attempts to relate humility as quality of a moral agent.
