Resumen

According to the modern scientific perception, the inclusive education is at the top of educational goals, arguing that it strengthens the ongoing and difficult process of school improvement, in an effort of school and its teachers to handle the heterogeneity of the student population. At the same time, the increase of the educational objectives, mainly in secondary education, at the cognitive and organizational level, makes the educational process complex and demanding, while the modern teacher ought to respect the educational program of his country and at the same time to include people with special needs.

In the present study, we wrote down a teaching plan that was applied to a formal secondary education structure of Greece, namely a “general class” that involved two children with special learning difficulties. This program has not been weighted for its application in any student environment, but it can be used as an indicator of an alternative learning method that puts students and their needs at the center of the learning and learning process. In such heterogeneous school environments, the traditional teaching method would not only not meet the needs of the whole student population, but would probably create negative incentives for the –above mentioned- special education students.
