This study aims to understand how mass customization strategy is being used in the garment industry and investigate four methods: questionnaire, consumer journey, storyboard and mini-survey in the user data collected to develop a proposal for customization model. From these methods it was possible to get the necessary information to define the customization model by mass for the profile of the studied company.Downloads
