Brazilian marks: arrangements surrounding gender, sexuality and color in Portugal

This paper has as referential thread experiencies of brazilian men whose migration
to Portugal was characterized by their sexual work as escorts. Therefore, based on interviews and online observations, assumptions about their interactions with european clients, the sexual market characteristics which they be a part of, as well as negotiations bounded by their prostitutional practices, will be elaborated. Conclusions led us to how differentiation processes, relative to color, gender and sexuality. We argue that, even in discriminatory contexts, marginalized subjects and identities possess some kind of agency and, further on, can play on these body marks and identities within a wider process, that is continuous and formative of their subjectivities.
