ETNOGRAFIANDO TRAVESTIS: PREGUNTAS, TENSIONES Y APRENDIZAJES SOBRE EL “ESTAR AHÍ”

Abstract

Este artículo interroga la construcción de vínculos etnográficos en dos obras pioneras sobre travestismo, con una intención retrospectiva sobre la propia investigación en una agrupación de travestis de Buenos Aires. Además de reflexionar sobre la implicancia de los/as antropólogos/as “en campo” -en tanto seres sexuados/as y generizados/as- me pregunto sobre las formas en que somos interpeladas/os durante nuestra labor con integrantes de organizaciones sociales, en la que el compromiso con sus proyectos políticos resulta ser una condición de posibilidad para la investigación.
