Abstract

O objeto central do artigo dirige-se à análise do papel que pode desempenhar o tributo, através da extrafiscalidade, como um dos instrumentos para promover o desenvolvimento sustentável. Concretamente, o trabalho examina a introdução da variável ambiental no sistema tributário Brasileiro.
