Resumo

Nessa pesquisa estudou-se o atual desequilíbrio entre as necessidades apresentadas no âmbito das migrações forçadas e a resposta coletiva internacional para aliviar os Estados de primeiro asilo que concentram a maior parte das solicitações de refúgio. Por meio do método dialético-descritivo, de caráter transdisciplinar, foram analisadas duas vertentes teóricas que concebem a solidariedade ou o interesse dos Estados como força motriz para a cooperação ao longo da formação e manutenção do Regime Internacional dos Refugiados.

Abstract

This research examines the current imbalance between the needs presented in the context of forced migration and the collective international response to alleviate the states of the first asylum, which concentrate most of the requests for refuge. Through the dialectical-descriptive method, of a transdisciplinary character, two theoretical aspects are analyzed that conceive the solidarity or the interest of the States as a driving force for cooperation throughout the formation and maintenance of the International Refugee Regime.
