Resumo
Analisamos a participação de entidades do movimento negro em casos do Supremo Tribunal Federal sobre questões raciais. Mostramos que buscam provocar impactos na sociedade que vão muito além do ganho do caso concreto. Concluímos que as diversas estratégias de atuação no Tribunal o transformaram numa importante ferramenta para a concretização dos direitos da população negra brasileira.

Abstract
We studied the participation of black movement organizations in cases about racial issues argued in the Brazilian Supreme Court. We showed that they aim to create a strong impact on society that goes beyond the winning of the particular case. We concluded that the different strategies used in Court have transformed it into an important tool for the concretization of the rights of the Brazilian black population.
