Clássicos, marxistas e marginalistas: uma análise econômico-jurídica

O presente artigo objetiva realizar uma análise envolvendo dois planos distintos do pensamento econômico: o entendimento clássico-marxista (Adam Smith, David Ricardo e Karl Marx) e a escola marginalista (principalmente Carl Menger, William Jevons e Léon Walras). Serão defrontados esses pensamentos no tocante a análise econômica voltada para a sociedade, a possibilidade de seu direcionamento para o benefício social e preservação dos direitos essenciais. De outro lado, ainda serão estudados esses pensamentos quando relacionam as características do capitalismo, com o primeiro grupo criticando uma estrutura de exploração, e o segundo enervando o modelo como ajustado à justiça social. Tomando conhecimento das estruturas de cada ramo do entendimento econômico, é que se pode pensar o atual sistema político-econômico em sua validade, um sistema cujo implemento foi, é, e sempre será alvo de discussões.
