Isolamento social, solidão e seus impactos na subjetividade da população idosa durante a pandemia de COVID-19

objetivo do estudo foi pesquisar como o isolamento e a solidão afetaram as configurações subjetivas dos idosos durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Foi realizado um estudo qualitativo, de corte transversal, em que se utilizou um questionário sociodemográfico e uma entrevista semiestruturada, com complementação de frases que aprofundou as percepções dos idosos sobre o isolamento. As entrevistas foram analisadas com a ferramenta IRAMUTEQ, a qual realizou três análises interpretativas do corpus textual do estudo. 171 idosos a partir de 60 anos participaram do estudo. 70,2% mulheres e 28,8% homens. A amostra de participantes mostrou-se muito religiosa e associou a fé com a redução dos impactos do isolamento social e da solidão. As interpretações textuais trouxeram maior detalhamento entre os sentimentos de solidão e a vivência do isolamento social, dividindo essa análise em três etapas: nuvem de palavras, análise de similitude e Classe Hierárquica Descendente (CHD). Para os entrevistados, o isolamento social modificou muitas atividades cotidianas na comunidade e entre a família, propiciando a manifestação da solidão e prejudicando a saúde mental. O contato com a religião e com as tecnologias conseguiu reduzir os impactos do distanciamento social e proporcionar mais conforto.
