Resumo

Cet article vise à montrer les stratégies conçues par le Système interaméricain de protection des droits de l´homme en matière de prévention, de détection et des poursuites contre la corruption dans la gestion publique. Pour développer notre réflexion, nous allons présenter les principales approches qu’envisagent expliquer ce phénomène, ainsi que montrer l’articulation entre les principaux organismes supranationaux liées à l’Organisation des Etats Américains pour donner des réponses rationnelles et efficaces à cette forme de criminalité.
