L’article vise à montrer l’importance du multiculturalisme, ainsi que les apports pour les États latino-Américain en analysant son évolution. Pour développer cette question, nous allons conceptualiser ce multiculturalisme, ainsi que l’arrivée du nouveau constitutionnalisme adopté par les constitutions latines ces dernières années, en abordant le cas spécifique de la législation brésilienne.
