RECOGNITION AND THE RIGHT TO DIFFERENCE: CRITICAL THEORY, DIVERSITY AND THE HUMAN RIGHTS CULTURE
Abstract
This article intends to analyze the several historical experiences forming the culture of the actual stage of human rights culture. How Brazilian Law is absorbing this transformation is a focused analysis of this research.
