In this review, we aim to analyze Bianca Monteiro Garcia’s breve ato de descascar laranjas, highlighting the themes of mourning and madness, as well as its intertextualities with self-writing and autofiction, the interdisciplinarity with fields of the natural sciences, intergenerational issues, matters relating to the existence as a neurodivergent subject and the enrichment of the verbal message through the image choices of the editing process.
