The Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, the resolution of space disputes and their impact on international society

Outer space is an ambit of international trade relations in which states, international organizations and private businesses operate, sparking controversies between them. The aim of this article is to analyse the new arbitration rules adopted by the Permanent Court of Arbitration for outer space activities, and their impact on international society.
