A proposta do livro foi a de reunir algumas das apresentações do seminário na forma de artigos, agregando, ao trabalho final, as discussões ocorridas na reunião. O objetivo do livro foi, sobretudo, o de demonstrar que os acontecimentos políticos da região são, além de dinâmicos, bastante complexos.
ABSTRACT
The aim of the book is to bring together some of the presentations from the seminar in the form of articles, adding to the final work the discussions that took place there. Above all, the book aims to demonstrate that the political events in the region are not only dynamic, but highly complex.
