Abstract

O livro contribui para situar o debate sobre cooperação e direciona o estudo para uma acepção mais precisa: a cooperação internacional para o desenvolvimento. Espécie de manual sobre o assunto, serve de porta de entrada para todos que pretendem pesquisar cooperação, ou que tão-somente tenham interesse pelo tema. O eixo condutor da narrativa é a premissa de que a CID é um campo político, portanto, permeada de relações de poder.

ABSTRACT

The book helps to situate the debate on cooperation and directs the study to a more precise meaning: international cooperation for development. A kind of manual on the subject, it serves as a gateway for everyone who intends to research cooperation, or who is only interested in the topic. The guiding axis of the narrative is the premise that the ICD is a political field, therefore, permeated by power relations.
