CARACTERIZAÇÃO GEOAMBIENTAL DA ÁREA DE PRESERVAÇÃO PERMANENTE DAS NASCENTES DO CURSO SUPERIOR DA BACIA DO CÓRREGO MANDACARU DO MUNICÍPIO DE MARINGÁ-PR: aspectos legais

Este trabalho foi realizado na Área de Preservação Permanente (APP) dasnascentes do curso superior do córrego Mandacaru, localizado na cidade de Maringá,PR. Foi possível realizar uma caracterização geoambiental com base nos aspectos legaisque permitiu a elaboração de recomendações aos órgãos competentes como a PrefeituraMunicipal de Maringá e a Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – SANEPAR. Asprincipais recomendações foram: a elaboração de uma obra de saneamento básico querealize o encanamento do esgoto dos imóveis localizados nos lotes próximos a APP,com as destinações corretas e assim propor, por meio da Educação Ambiental, umamaior interatividade da população local com o córrego.

ABSTRACT

This work was held in the Permanente Preservation Area (APP) of thesprings of the upper stream Mandacaru located in the city of Maringa, Parana. It waspossible to perform an environmental characterization based on the legal aspects thatallowed the preparation of recommendations to relevant bodies such as the Municipalityof Maringá and Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – SANEPAR (SanitationCompany of Parana). The main recommendations were: the preparation of a work ofsanitation which carries out the sewer pipe in lots of buildings located near the APPwith the correct destinations and to propose, through Environmental Education, agreater interaction with the local population stream.
